Aussie Sports USA Custom Gear Policy

  • Prices are valid for 30 days from the date on your quote.
  • Prices are inclusive of all costs and are in USD (sales tax is only applicable in the state of California).
  • The minimum order is 12 items for each product (sizes can vary in the order) except socks which is 24 pairs.
  • Shipping from factory to you is guaranteed to be completed within 5 weeks of the final approval of the order and payment has been made (excludes customs and shipping delays).
  • Preparing artwork for production is included as long as the artwork provided does not require major modification.
  • The artwork must be submitted as vector images (high resolution, scalable e.g. .eps or .ai) or other high quality image formats.
  • If major artwork production is required the service will be provided at $50 per hour. A quote will be provided before any work is undertaken.
  • Upfront payment is required before the final order will be submitted for production.
  • Once an order has been finalized, payment received and production is underway the product is yours and cannot be returned.
  • Manufacturing defects will be reviewed and dealt with in the fairest manner possible for the customer and ASUSA.
