Sublimated Uniform Policy

  • Prices are valid for 30 days from the date on your quote.
  • The minimum order quantity is 30 items, this may consist of 15 jerseys and 15 shorts for example. Sizes and cut may vary, unless stated otherwise. Please contact us for smaller quantities than this to discuss your needs.
  • Prices are inclusive of all manufacturing and shipping costs and are in USD.
  • Price includes artwork setup for production as long as the artwork provided does not require major modification or to be redrawn.
  • All artwork including logos must be submitted as vector images (eg. eps or ai).
  • Any artwork that requires to be redrawn for production will be subject to additional setup fees. A quote will be provided to you before any work is undertaken.
  • Full payment is required before the order can be submitted for production.
  • Shipping from the factory to you is typically 5-7 weeks from the when the order is submitted for production (excludes any unforeseen customs or shipping delays).
  • Once an order has been submitted for production it cannot be returned.
  • Manufacturing defects will be reviewed and dealt with in the fairest manner possible for both the customer and ASUSA.
  • Payment for goods is preferred via wire transfer and details will be provided. Credit card payments will incur a 2.9% transaction fee.

Off-The-Shelf Customized Apparel Policy

  • The minimum order is generally 12 items (sizes may vary in the order), unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are valid for 30 days from the date on your quote.
  • Prices are in USD.
  • Price includes artwork setup for production as long as the artwork provided does not require major modification.
  • All artwork including logos must be submitted as vector images (eg. eps or ai).
  • Any artwork that requires to be redrawn for production will be subject to additional fees. A quote will be provided to you before any work is undertaken.
  • Payment is required before the order is submitted for production.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on products supplies.
  • Once an order has been finalized and production is underway the product is yours and cannot be returned.
  • Manufacturing defects will be reviewed and dealt with in the fairest manner possible for both the customer and ASUSA.
