The Size Chart measurements below are based on garment measurements. For example, if your chest measurement is around 40", then a Large would be fairly snug at 39.7", so we would recommend going up a size.
If unsure of the size you need, you can also lay flat a garment you currently own and measure that across the relevant area (chest, hips, etc.).
